This year we are happy to announce a statewide partnership between Keep Georgia Beautiful and Georgia District Kiwanis International for Green is the new Red, White and Blue community service campaign. "We are proud to join our fellow Kiwanis family members around the globe and our community partners with Keep Georgia Beautiful to participate in Kiwanis One Day," said Mick Maguire, Governor of the Georgia District Kiwanis International. "The energy, commitment and camaraderie surrounding this single day make the experience of hands-on sevice even more gratifying for our members as they make an immediate, measurable impact on the communities across the State of Georgia."

Kiwanis One Day 2008

One group of Leaders.
Committed to one day of service.
To help a child, a family, a community, and the world.

Objective:To unite all Kiwanis members around the globe and Georgia with hands-on service projects with local Keep Georgia Beautiful affiliates.
Who: All Kiwanis clubs and its family of clubs: Circle K, Key Club, Builders, K-Kids, and Aktion Club and Keep Georgia Beautiful affiliates.
What: Hands-on Service Projects (Green is the new Red, White & Blue).
When: April 19, 2008 or appropriate day for your service project.
Where: Anywhere in your community.
